Invitation to the spring general meeting
The spring meeting of the Academic scout guild will be held on Monday 30th of March starting at 6 pm. The meeting will take place at Student House study room, at the address Rehtorinpellonkatu 4 B 2 on the second floor (https://tyy.asio.fi/onlinekalenteri/tyy/guest.php?kt=tila&laji=Opiskelutilat&ctila=8). The financial statement of the year 2025, annual report and the statement of the operations inspector will be presented in the meeting. Also, the confirmation of the financial statement and discharge from liability to the 2025 board and others accountable will be decided in the meeting. The agenda of the meeting is attached.
